HBO Confirms Premiere Dates For EASTBOUND & DOWN And LIFE’S TOO SHORT

Life's Too Short premiere date confirmed

Life's Too Short premiere date confirmed

Boy am I happy to write this post today. I’ve been away for some time now, and this is wonderful news to come back to. Premiere dates always give me something to wait for, and although I didn’t like too much any of the new 2011 fall series, the winter ahead looks almost sparkling. Eastbound & Down will return for the last season, and Ricky Gervais’ Life’s Too Short will finally debut.

I’m pretty curious to see what Kenny Powers is up to, and I have a feeling  it’s going to be a very good last season – director David Gordon Green always knew how to end things. I missed Danny McBride on my screen, and if you feel the same just mark the date: Sunday, February 19, 10-10:30 PM, HBO. This final third season of Eastbound is 8 episodes long, and directly after the premiere episode stay tuned for…

Series premiere of Life’s Too Short. Now, if you read this blog you know how I love Ricky Gervais. It’s not about The Office, it’s mostly about everything else. This new series he’s executive produced is a mockumentary starring little-man actor Warwick Davis. Gervais also wrote and directed the series, which is 7 episodes long. Same Sundays, 10:30-11 PM.

There are of course some spoilers for both series, and I will post them soon, so check from time to time if you want to know what’s going to happen to Kenny and all the rest. In the meantime, check out some spoilers for Eastbound season 3 here. You can also read all the details about the new series Life’s Too Short here, from back when it was still a pilot.
